Return & Refund Policy
At Amerigio Magani, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your order, we'll do our best to make things right.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. This window is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.
To exercise this right, notify us before the 14-day period expires by logging into your account at https://shopify.com/79642591507/account and submitting a return or cancellation request through your order.
If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), you cannot access the customer accounts portal. Please use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation instead.
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
Refunds
We will refund the full price of the item(s), including the standard outbound delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If you chose a premium delivery option, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
General Returns (Outside the EU)
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect
- The product is significantly different from the description on our site
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an Amerigio Magani error.
